Abstract

Brachial plexus injury is a common peripheral nerve injury. It is seen in young age group and road traffic accidents are the commonest cause. The surgery for BPI has undergone significant advancements resulting in the improvement in results. How ever, developing countries like India face significant challenge in the management of brachial plexus injuries due to scarcity of the surgeons interested and involved in the care of these patients
